Setline Property Solutions is a family‑run, local business built on doing things properly and treating people fairly.

We take pride in being easy to deal with, turning up when we say we will, and delivering work to a high standard, whether it’s a quick fix or a full project.

Most of our work comes from repeat customers and recommendations, which we think says a lot about how we work!

Between us, we bring over 15 years of hands‑on experience and qualifications across property maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, renovation, and general building work. This means we’re able to handle jobs properly from start to finish, without relying on lots of different contractors.

We’re just as happy fitting a kitchen or completing a full renovation as we are taking care of smaller repair and maintenance work. Need a socket wiring in or some shelves putting up? We’ve got you.
